Charged me $69 to cut a remote key and THEN told me they couldnt program the buttons to work. I could have had the key cut anywhere for $5. It was the programming I wanted.
They changed my oil after an hour and 20 minutes (and it was scheduled) the day before I left for a drive to St. Louis. In the morning in TX, the valves were knocking. This cars valves have never knocked, unless some moron left a quart of oil out of the change. Checked the stick and sure enough; short a full quart. Dont ever go there. Im so angry. Glad I caught it. Update: Air filter box had a latch undone. Yikes. What an awful experience.
