Rushed, over charged, given same med that already failed. Don’t think the dr ever said my dogs name once. Honestly never said her name either

RecommendedI wish I would have taken my pets to Peotone instead of my home vet their entire lives. Our home vet told us in July that our dog was healthy and had no issues except for old age. We find out that she had an issue that could have been caught in July and given her a good year more of life. Now, she has a month if we're lucky. Our home vet doesn't have the knowledge and education like Peotone does and I regret not going to them all along. RecommendedPeotone hospital takes great care of my Doberman...buying this kind of pup made me nervous on where to bring him for baths and such and last time he visited he got a paper sent home with him saying that he was a good boy. It was so cute! He loves giving licks and hugs to everyone there it seems so it gives me piece of mind! Very calm and gentle. They also have taken awesome care of my Shitzu over the years too. Nice atmosphere and great staff. 😊💯
It is with an extremely heavy heart as I’m writing this today...my cat would still be here if it wasn’t for Peotone Animal Hospital. I've always gone to South Creek Animal Hospital in manteno but wanted to try peotone with my new kitten. First of all, I was in the exam room for about an hour. Indigo was experiencing a few issues. They tried to charge me for a stool sample that they didn't even collect. I had to ask to get it removed off the bill. There were questionable charges that I didn't understand.
