These guys are incredible! I had very little time to get my floors done before my painter started and Perfect Floors came through without a glitch. They had exactly which flooring I wanted, in stock, and completed perfectly in 2 days! And my floors look amazing! These guys are top notch! If you want perfect service, this is the place to go!
Our new vinyl plank flooring was just completed. I would recommend Perfect Floors to anyone looking to upgrade their floors. Brian, our sales manager was attentive, professional and accommodating to a couple of specific situations we had in our home. Although the product is beautiful, there were some mishaps in the installation process that were dismissed by management when brought to their attention. No compensation for a floor chip to my original flooring and no reply to my discovery of a broken pathway light in my yard that was pulled out of the ground stake and all where the workers were working. All they cared about was receiving their full compensation for the job. Be diligent on watching the installers thru the entire process is my recommendation.

May of 2023 Perfect Floors installed carpeting in our living and dining rooms. Alfonzo and George were our installers. The two gentlemen were effiicent, courteous and helpful. They removed old carpeting and padding also moved our furniture. Would definitely recommend Perfect Floors along with our two installers.
I purchased a condo that had several loud, creaky spots under the carpeting in my living room and bedroom. Jesse determined the best way to eliminate the noise depending on where in the room the problem was. In two cases, he was able to pull back the carpeting from the wall and add screws to tighten up the floor. In another case, he made a cut into the carpeting in the middle of the room to add the screws. The cut is not visible at all and the creaks are totally gone.
