We wanted vinyl plank floors installed in our basement before we moved into our new condo. We called Perfect Floors and found out they were just down the street from our new location, so we stopped by to see what they could do for us. We are very pleased with our entire experience with Rochester Hills location we worked with Matt who was extremely helpful and informative on choosing wood floors . He was very patient and knowledgeable! Thank you Matt!! The installers were amazing as well. Wehad great service from moment we walked in. Kevin greeted us, showed us where to look for what we were looking for and explained differences of each product. Are installation was great - fast, neat and eeek earlier then we originally thought. Loving the floor.
