First let me start by saying that the company owner is very pleasant and professional. We first met him at the Philadelphia home show and the second time was when Michael came to our house to give an estimate. We accepted the offer and work was started on 2/27. The crew got to our house 45 minutes late. They walked down the job and asked where the closest **************** was. I googled it and found one to be 5.5 miles away. So this is my 2nd and final review,and it ends my 2nd and absolutely final experience with Perfect Painters & More. Perhaps it's the "More" that is the problem. Although the first experience I had with PP was bumpy, in the end, it turned out fine and the painting itself was good. I didn't realize until it was dry that they used the wrong finish in 2 rooms (flat when I told them in writing eggshell). The painters were very nice. Perfect Painters were hired to install basement drywall, prep and prime, ready for final coats of paint. We were very happy and felt confident after Ryan's presentation, however, each day the workers were here caused us more anguish than the job was worth. They could not read a tape measure, did not measure where cuts should be made to insure a precise cut with minimal spackle compound, covered up two electrical outlets which we were only able to find with the use of a metal detector.
