MY SISTER HAD A PROBLEM WITH HER CART HERE IN THE HAMPTONS, SO I CALLED PERFORMANCE PLUS. THEY CAME AND TOOK HER CART TO THE SHOP FOR REPAIR. THE BATTERIES WERE DEAD AND THE CART WOULD NOT DRIVE SO WE THOUGHT. JIM TOLD ME THAT THEY WILL TAKE THE CART, TEST THE BATERIES AND CHARGER TO SEE WHAT THE PROBLEM WAS. HE SAID THAT THEY WILL CHANGE THE BATTERIES IF NEEDED AND WILL CALL WHEN THEY FIGURED OUT THE PROBLEM. WELL TO OUR SURPRISE, THE BATTERIES ONLY NEEDED CHARGING.
