ZERO review—-Scam artists. Every time since I. Roughy in fixed brought home another issue which never had before but they won’t pan up. That fix brought home now another issue. 😡😡😡😡$$$$$$$$$$$&&& poor poor poor👎👎👎👎👎👎
Bought new from them and had nothing but problems ! Service department can’t seem to fix the problem ! Simple —- volts not holding / battery not charging correctly ! DUH. You guys claim to be the professionals HA ! Kept our cart numerous times for long periods of time and no loaner. Still don’t work ! 🤬🤬🤬
We had some difficulty ordering and receiving our cart on the assigned delivery date resulting in our cancellation of the order. Once Jessica became aware of the situation, she resolved the issues immediately and had our cart delivered by 10:30am the following day. Excellent customer service by Jessica and Shayne!
This place had my cart for almost a month to do a service and I had to contact them in order to get information on when my golf cart would be ready twice on the phone and in person. After determining that my golf cart would need a set of batteries it took 10 days to get batteries replaced . I had to also go back to see how long it would take to replace the batteries. They don't stand behind their products. Purchased a golf cart that was to recieve PDI and detailing prior to delivery. Recieved cart with rear shocks disconnected and damaged (was pointed out at purchase). Company said rear shocks were not needed with leaf spring lift... so why not remove them?! Also, batteries were hanging out from under the cart, and all cables were severely corroded and damaged. Detail was far from acceptable. Cost me $113 to return the wrong seat in shipping and 20% restocking fee. What a joke for a $300 seat. Wouldn’t recommend to anyone.
I love Performance Plus Carts, incredible service. My new Icon golf cart looks and rides fantastic. I can't say enough about Tim Stark, a wonderful person, answer all my questions, and got back to me every time fast. Tim went far and above in making my purchase quick, and fun. I highly recommend Performance Plus, five stars.

They did a very good job diagnosing what was wrong and their solution to fix it and John the tech who picked up and delivered our cart was both courteous and professional
