we had ***************************, a sales person, at our house to get estimate for replacing all of our windows and patio door, he was on time provided us with all of the informations we need to know, explained every options we could have, helped us to get a great deal .. was very patient with us answering our questions. then only 2 days later they called us to take the final measurements by professional team. Cant wait for having our new windows get installed in next upcoming weeks.

I just had windows and patio door replaced with performance Remodelling. **** ( sales person ) , *** ( installer ) , ****** and ***** ( office person ) all were super efficient and super nice to work with. **** explained whole process very thoroughly. *** came on time to measure the windows and to install them. He installed all windows and door very professionally. ****** called and notified every step of the process. Highly recommended.Thank You for awesome service.

Performance responded to our inquiry for service very promptly. We set an appointment for 6/28/21 and the service person, Mike showed up as scheduled. Mike was the friendliest, knowledgeable service person I ever met. He knew just what to do, Inspected the deck railing fittings that had cracked and replaced them efficiently and correctly. He also noticed there were several other fitting of the same type that were cracked and said he would order replacements and come back and install those too.
