Performance is an amazing company the install was efficient and on time. I had a few minor concerns and The service manager Terra sent me Michael who not only addressed every question I had but went above and beyond on some caulking repairs and rolled a few screens very nicely for me. He also inspected all the windows I told him were ok just to make sure I got what I paid for. Every aspect of this company is great I can't stress enough, if you need windows, call PERFORMANCE REMODELING!

Mike Schaefer came to our home today for a warranted window repair unfortunately I was away from home. He generously offered to take his lunch break until I was able to get home. (Above and beyond since this was an oversight on my part.) He was able to repair the problem and gave me sound advice on how to prevent this from occurring again. Good reminders that were appreciated. Nice to find a company and service staff that stands behind their products and warranties.
