I have been requesting numerous occasions for work that was completed last year so I can submit a home owners discount once work was completed the owner is a no response sales man. Very poor customer service will never work with them again nor recommend them to anyone
Paul Perkins, the owner scheduled the project but there was miscommunication about the start date of the job, however, the job was completed on time as discussed. I had reason to call Mr. Perkins to clarify what I thought was a potential problem with my roof. It took several telephone calls, texts and emails plus the intervention of Customer Solutions to resolve my inquiry. put roofing over rotten wood very rude would not recommend for any job not even a dog house very rude said i had a mailorder bride and to take me to court because i won't pay the balance until job is done to my satifaction tihs job has been going on since 6/15/2011 job is not done sideing falling off and there is still no seamless gutters and oversized downs

I worked along with BBB and here is what they determined.. Satisfied with company's good faith efforts to resolve issues... We use BBB for all states we work IL,SC,NC,WI,TEN.
He talked me into doing the job right before an impending snow storm telling me he could do the entire job in one day but he couldn't.He then had to tarp the roof and put my tv antenna back.The antenna was put back incorrectly and blew off during the storm and was damaged.After they finished the roof, they put the damaged antenna back and he promised to pay for a new one.He never paid for it. The antenna again blew off the roof (I found out they put it up with just roofing nails).I had it replaced and have tried to call him ... read more

This is correct i told him we could get it done before storm and storm hit sooner thn we all accpected. Im very sorry for are work connditions BUT my guys did a Fantastic job.The house never leaked during and still has never leaked till this day.As too antenna we temporaly installed so it could be installed later to the chimnney instead of through are new roof.I would be more than happy to pay for new anttena.
quality control is questionable, poor response to telephone calls, and follow up.
When he came to collect his money, we talked about additional work. He said he would be back to give me an estimate on the work, haven't heard from him. I didn recommend them to my neighbor.
late to site...didn't call. will not respond to calls regarding unresolved project issues, which he promised that he would take care of. the repair project that he was contracted to do is still problematic and unresolved

Did not receive message till 11-4 was out of town till 11-8 This matter will be resolved on Tuesday morning 11-10 will contact customer on 11-9. This was a flashing issue from another company that completed his roof and we will go back to try to resolve his issue. Their are no guarantees for repairs on other companies work. But we work very confident in finding other companies leaks and will continue to do so and for most part very successful.
