Our experience with Perkins Quality was a very good one. My wife was having her annual grade school reunion party and we were under a very tight timeline to complete a rather substantial amount of work on our summer home. I was very surprised by the excellent workmanship performed on my roof; the professionalism displayed by Paul Perkins was beyond my expectations. I highly recommend Service Magic and Paul Perkins.
My roof got messed up in a single story home
It saddens me to be writing this review. These guys started out great and then it just took a negative turn. 1- They never really finished the job. We still have a drywall patch in our laundry room ceiling. Unfilled nail holes. Damaged flooring in our master bedroom they â  attemptedâ  to repair by using glue. Leaking master sink. Several roof leaks since BRAND NEW ROOF was out on. Paul Perkins admits fault and refuses to fix the interior damage that has been done. I have all pictures, videos and communications documented. This has been OVER 1 year of a constant battle with Paul with zero resolutions. I would NOT recommend this company.

I worked with this customer vigorously for weeks, come to find out that her vent pipe through the roof was never connected properly to the cast iron in attic which is also a code violation, That is why when we finished new roof still leaking in same location and now she thinks i should pay for the damage new and old. I offered her 800.00 before i knew the problem she wanted mush more. Been in business way to long for that..My reviews speak for themselves.
I found them to be a very customer-centric to me, and they stepped up to the insurance company for what was right.
I contacted 5 companies to give me quotes on tearing off and reroofing my house. Two of the companies completed a quote and then one sent me a quote and the other emailed me a quote. I was never explained anything about the product they were using or process. Tyson from Perkins came out and met with me when I was available. Tyson went over my current roof and explained that the current shingle on my roof, which was only 12.5 years old was subject to a class action lawsuit. First of all, the lifetime guarantee is meaningless. Our roof was installed in 08/2013. By September we had leaks in the roof. I called the owner (Paul Perkins), my wife called the owner, we emailed over and over again. Most of the time, with no response. On a few occasions he actually picked up the phone and promised to come out.... nothing. By January 2014 we now had leaks in 4 different places. This is not a true representation of our company as you can see from our past reviews. We have been back to try and help this customer on several occasions. We replaced extensive wood rot at our own expense due to lack of maintenance and funds. We advised that the chimneys were in very bad shape and needed to be replaced. The customer informed us he didn't have the money and thought replacing the roof would fix his issue. As advised it didn't and we told him it wouldn't. Delivered wrong shingles and was not prepared for project.

Yes the supply house sent wrong shingles,And had the correct ones their in less than 2 hrs, And still finished when we were scheduled to finish.. very happy with my team and response of my supplier ABC mistakes happen.
