Worst experience ever. It started out great with a intro call and got my questions answered. Than after that, my direct contact was extremely slow in responding. Time is an essence when getting permits and they didn't deliver. I would ask my direct contact for something and it would take forever for her to answer. I ended up calling her and got an answer then. Then on my invoice I get charged because I called her. They charge extra for random things. Permit Partners, specifically Tisha, did a fantastic job assisting with my pool permit. She went above and beyond to help me with a plot plan so that I did not have to hire a 3rd party and pay additional fee. I highly recommend this company and would definitely use them again for any permitting needs.

This group exceeded my expectations on getting retro permits pulled on a room addition on my house, when the contractor originally failed to do it himself! I was under a tight deadline and when the city told me that I'd probbly be looking at LEAST a 6 week turnaround, Permit Partners was able to get the job done in less than 4 weeks (including getting me structural engineering drawings and letter!)
