Professional, easy to talk to, explained everything before continuing with the repair. Highly recommend Perry Air.
Perry Air was quick to inspect furnace. The quote was a little slow, but reasonable. It took about 1 week for completion of a new blower motor. I checked the furnace a month after completion and found the furnace panels not installed, and some debris left close to the furnace. Perry did get the furnace working, but concerned about the attention to detail as the panels were left off.
Punctual, conscientious, informative, and understandable. Used a ladder that wouldn't damage my gutters, explained what was going on with my air conditioning system. Maybe a tad high for a tune-up, and tightening a few wires. But they got the job done, and the air is blowing cold! I'm happy now, and I'll be happier this summer. Thanks Perry! Job well done!
Perry from Perry Air came out and fixed our AC unit today. He was quick, honest and reasonably priced. Our compressor stopped working and he had the part in his truck. We are very pleased with their customer service and will surely call again if needed!

Perry, was amazing. My wife and I had been without AC/Heat since August 1st. We had other HVAC techs not even show up or when they did they tried to up sale us on replacing the whole system. Who has 24k in cash these days? Perry, was able to identify the issue on Friday, and returned on Saturday with a replacement part to keep the old system running for a bit longer. Thank you Perry! I would definitely recommend Perry Air....
Perry called to set the appointment himself. He was able to have someone come out on very short notice, same day, in fact. They fixed the problem right away. His guy that came out forgot to do something to secure the freeon and in the middle of the night the freeon leaked out. Unfortunatley it was the weekend and we were not able to get it fixed again until Monday morning. Perry was not happy with his Employee! Perry came out himself and took care of the problem.
