They called me before I left the HomeAdvisor website. Made an appointment for next day but I had to reschedule. Rescheduled for the next day. Called me 15 minutes before appointment time to tell me they were on their way. Arrived on time. Understood my problem immediately and proceeded to repair without sales pitches or up-sells. Reliable and HONEST! NO BS as with many other so=called AC chain companies! Perry's conduct and his assistant were excellent and did NOT give us a lot of BS estimates as others have falsely done in the past. Really 2 years ago we were told we needed $1500 in repairs that was a total fabrication! BEWARE of these scams!

I rarely give 5 star ratings--and I am happy to give this one. Perry totally deserved it. His bid was very reasonable (compared to the others), he communicated with me the entire time as I was out of town, and he did an excellent job. I have already recommended him to friends.
