Both crews were very pleasant. Nothing was broken or damaged, including walls, which I thought was amazing. Set up the furniture properly. Came in under estimate for both packing (reduced number of boxes) and moving (8 hours instead of 9) for a total of $600 under estimate. I couldn't be happier with the service and professionalism of Perry's moving service. When the "other" moving service cancelled on the morning of the move, I called Perry and they were able to quickly assemble a team and truck. They kept me informed of status all along the way. Within 3 hours of my call, a full crew was at the door. While I had packed most of my items, Perry moved all the large furniture and packed boxes of a 3 bedroom townhouse from one location to another (2 miles apart). All of the staff and movers were courteous and professional throughout the process. Prompt and professional. They had the mirror wrapped and ready to go before our scheduled time to meet at the store. Even though we were only going two miles, they wrapped the mirror like it was going cross country. They carried the mirror to the second floor, placed it where I wanted it, and took all packing materials with them. Moved an 8x4 1/2 mirror that I bought from an antique store.
Perry Moving and Storage provided a competent, thorough and prudently priced service for our move from Anne Arundel County, Maryland to Scotland County, North Carolina. They moved for us, 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, kitchen, dining room with bar, office and 4 sheds of equipment and patio furniture. Four guys delivered our stuff on time. They werevery nice and friendly, but they also did their jobwith no issues. The company delivered our household goods toour new home. They put all the furniture togetherand in the assigned rooms as well as unloaded allboxes into the garage.
Went $600 over-estimate, but overall service was great. Moved from a 4-story home to a 4-story home.
