Great experience using Perry Moving in Jessup, MD. Their interaction and attention to detail was phenomenal. Link was the sales agent and he was great. Although he had a personal commitment on a Saturday he met with us that morning to answer some questions we had and to make sure everything was quoted to our satisfaction. Our packers were James. The first day of the packout, they arrived 2 1/2 hours later than expected. The office staff seemed surprised by Washington DC traffic. The crew itself was great - professional, friendly, and fast. The next day, the truck arrived a day before expected, which was great and allowed them to split the heavy lifting. Due to uncertainty of delivery a couple weeks later in Charleston, we even worked with the office to have them hold our stuff and deliver when we wanted rather than have it go to another moving company and be at thei... read more
