They were very nice. The owner even called to help me out. Ben March helped me. They didn't do any work for us, but they did assist us in finding the mover. I called their office and left a message. They called me back. We talked and they provided someone that did small moves. They had worked with the other mover for several years and they had nothing but excellent reports on the work that they did. Most of the large movers want 2000 pounds or more and what we had was less than 1000 pounds. We only had a cupboard and a chair... read more

I had a very good experience with them. I got them from Angie’s List. I spent $3,300 on the job. I would use them again in the future if needed. I used Perry Moving & Storage for moving, a month ago.

Perry Movers did an outstanding job. The moving crew worked swiftly, were courteous and professional, and amazingly, took almost no time out for breaks or even lunch. My home in Annapolis was two floors plus a basement full of office/studio/workshop items. The new location in Alexandria is all on one floor. Boxes filled the house and adjacent two-car garage. The move ended up happening on 2 extremely hot days with 4 movers and 2 trucks on the first day and 3 movers with 1 truck on the second. This was in-line with the estimate. The crew was extrememly hard-working, courteous, and professional. Although the time estimated for the move and the estimated weight was a bit off, the crew worked hard to make the move happen as close to the estimate as possible. They worked tirelessly despite the heat. We can honestly say this was the best move we have made, and we would hire them again... read more

They did an excellent job. They came on time and never stopped working or even slowed down, even though it was at least 100 degrees outand I had no A/C at either end. They didn't damage anything, placed everything properly, and were polite, cheerful, and efficientthroughout. The job came in below the estimate. They moved me from a 3-bedroom house to a 2-level apartment.

They were great.These guys worked their butts off in the heat.They were careful with the items and cautious of not damaging both houses.Usually the idea of moving is very stressful but these made it really fun. Everybody was professional and courteous with myrequests and they exceded my expectations.Their service is excellent and fairly priced. covered furniture with cushy blankets and tapping themfirmly ,toke apart 4 bed frames,china set, 4 dresser mirrorsand armoir,moved everymajor furniturefrom previous house to newhouse

The estimator from Perry Moving was very efficient and provided an accurate estimate of the cost, size of truck and crew requiredas well asthe amount of time it would take for the move. The company called to confirm the evening before and also first thing in the morning of the move. During the morning call, we were asked if we needed any boxes or wardrobes.
