I actually love them. They were excellent. They were on time and polite; unbelievable. It is the best moving company I've used. They broke on wheel off of a TV stand, but they told me immediately and it wasn't that big of a deal. If I ever have to move again I will use them again. I used Perry Moving & Storage to move from one house to another.

the gentleman that did the moving were very friendly, kind and quick. They remained happy and positive the whole day. They worked quickly and efficiently. They were careful, conscientious and courteous. I was shocked when they had our entire 4 bedroom house packed and ready to leave by noon. there was a scheduling clitch in the beginning but it was quickly worked out and we moved as scheduled. They were fantastic. They were punctual, very careful about my things and very helpful. The overall customer service was really good. I would rate them high overall. I would use them again in the future if needed. I used Perry Moving & Storage for moving during the fall of 2009.

The estimator showed up on time and was very polite, friendly, thorough and professional. She answered all my questions and gave me a bunch of literature that was helpful. She took a detailed inventory of the stuff that was going on the truck and explained how they come up with a number. The movers were right on time and each of them introduced themselves by name and were friendly and pleasant. They got right work and loaded the truck within a couple of hours. This is the second time I have used Perry Moving. They were originally recommended by two of my co-workers. Each time they have done a fantastic job, carefully padding and moving each one of my belongings as though they were priceless. The guys put down padding to protect my floors also. I thought they were excellent. The company provided excellent customer service. The owner called several time before and after service to make sure everything was going smoothly and even gave his cell phone number for quick access. The movers worked very quickly and efficiently. Great Job. Couldn't be more happy. When we noted that we have moved 20 times in our military lives, they said, "Well, you saved the best for last!" They took real pride in their work and it showed with not a scratch or broken glass in the move. Perry Moving moved us from our townhome in Laurel, MD to our new condo in Woodstock MD in one day. I received a quick in-home estimate to my last minute request. Movers were great, professional, courteous, amazingly efficient and took great care of my belongings. My reason for the D in price is that I was never told that there was a minimum number of hours to be billed. My initial estimate was 5 1/2 hours. However, before the move I had many items moved myself. I called the mover and reported the items I had left to move in case they had to alter the number of men or size of truck.
