Hi I took my Bunny in and the vet was so knowledgeable about rabbits and knew everything that was going on, and where to check. I felt right at ease giving the care of my beloved pet over to them. It was $100 for the visit but I really felt that I got $100 worth of expertise and care. A lot of vets don’t really know about bunnies and once you’ve had a bunny you KNOW what amazing, loving, clever, wonderful little companions they are. It is hard when they don’t get the same care as cats and dogs.
communication was great from the office to the surgery.
We needed their service 2 days after new year as our usual vet of 10 years were closed. I explained this to them and they were very happy and helpful. Still being a public holiday I expected a very costly visit but was surprised by the very reasonable charge. The vet we saw was very knowledgeable and helpful, performing a small but delicate operation there and then. 👍🏾

Dr Allen was fantastic as was the nurses. I’m very grateful for the care my cockatoo received and found vets and nurses professional helpful and friendly and I was confident with my birds stay in their hospital.
The only vet I know that can and will help me with my birds (cockatiels) health (especially Dr Linda). Very helpful and will always come here
