First experience ever taking my pets to a vet and it was such a pleasant experience! The reception staff are friendly and really care for the health of your pet, the vet that looked after my 2 guinea pigs (I think it was Andrew?) was so knowledgeable, he really does care about the welfare of animals and made the process really quick and easy! I will always take my piggies to you now, thank you so much for what you've done today!

I want to thank all the staff for looking after Jackson our cockateil ... you gave us time to say goodbye to our little boy .. having Jackson for 25 years he was family. Absolutely amazing service and treatment fixing up Morpheus (Max's bearded dragon) these people really know what they are talking about and helped get Morpheus back to health. Would recommend
Absolutely amazing team! Everyone is so compassionate and thoughtful. They definitely know their stuff. Such lovely people and excellent with knowing lots of knowledge about the animals. Highly recommend them for your exotic pets :).
The team at Exotic Pet Doctors are truly amazing. Stewart the rabbit is very well looked after and cared for both previously at Lynfield and now at St. Lukes. I feel valued and each consultation is never rushed as the vets really listen to your concerns and have an enormous amount of knowledge. I know Stew is in the very best of hands and at the ripe old age of 10, I can't imagine taking him any where else!
I will never go here again. An incompetent receptionist who fabricated a story to the vet. to then have the vet talk to me about my tone? crazy. understaffed and have no sense of urgency and lacked a real update. I understand they have emergencies- maybe put on more staff to update paying customers.
These vets are absolutely terrible quoted me $1000 for all these tests on my Guinea pig saying it was cancer before even ruling out anything.year later she’s still alive no thanks to them and all she had was a allergy
Their vets are either not trained properly and looking at pet oners as money making machine and don't love animals at all. They can easily give an option of euthanasia if you can't afford their cost. My bird is fine now. Carevets Glen eden treat my bird.
My Cockatiel was admitted here for a dust mite shot, which they did not have stock of where she had the rest of her shots done. I did ask if I could go without the consultation cost of $80 as that is alot, and the shots done prior totaled $380 (over my weekly pay) and the answer was no, there had to be one, even though the report from the first vets had a referral just to get her a dust mite shot.
