RecommendedWe loved our first stay at Pet Lodge Resort! In the past we boarded our pup Sammie at our veterinarian's office but decided to try out Pet Lodge Resort this time around. The facilities are amazing and the staff is super friendly. We felt very welcome upon arrival and we could tell when we picked Sammie up she had a good time and was happy for once! Pet Lodge Resort is our new "go to" and should be yours too!
RecommendedI had to board Dixie because my normal sitter was also out of town. I was so nervous and worried about leaving her, but I was very pleased. I did the well being package so I got a daily report card (if she ate well, how she spent her day, etc.) and a picture. I always hope my friend will keep Dixie, but if she can't, I will definitely use Pet Lodge again. Thank you for taking such good care of my baby.
RecommendedOur German Shepherd Ana LOVES it here! We have been to several different day cares and boarding facilities throughout our moves, and this ranks as #1. It is THE RITZ, THE ST REGIS, THE FOUR SEASONS of facilities! Where else can they swim in a pool AND play in their own water park?? RecommendedSuch excellent customer service! Both of my dogs "vacationed" here over Spring Break and they came back happy and healthy! I did a big boo boo and put regular gasoline in my diesel car on the way to pick them up. I could not drive my car and after speaking to Megan about it, she called me back and told me that the General Manager offered to BRING THEM TO ME even though their Pet Taxi was not operating over Spring Break! RecommendedMy girlfriend takes our golden Bailey to Per Lodge from time to time. Every time he spends the day there he has so much fun! I know this because when he comes home he is worn out! And that's hard to do for a one year old golden! This is the only place we can leave him and not worry about our sweet boy.
RecommendedI absolutely love coming to this pet resort. I've left my dog max with this resort twice. And both times he's came back cleaned and better socialized in terms of how he acts with other dogs. I can tell they put a lot of love and effort into their guest and the people are friendly and clearly have a love for animals. I will keep coming back
