Such excellent customer service! Both of my dogs "vacationed" here over Spring Break and they came back happy and healthy! I did a big boo boo and put regular gasoline in my diesel car on the way to pick them up. I could not drive my car and after speaking to Megan about it, she called me back and told me that the General Manager offered to BRING THEM TO ME even though their Pet Taxi was not operating over Spring Break! My girlfriend takes our golden Bailey to Per Lodge from time to time. Every time he spends the day there he has so much fun! I know this because when he comes home he is worn out! And that's hard to do for a one year old golden! This is the only place we can leave him and not worry about our sweet boy.
I absolutely love coming to this pet resort. I've left my dog max with this resort twice. And both times he's came back cleaned and better socialized in terms of how he acts with other dogs. I can tell they put a lot of love and effort into their guest and the people are friendly and clearly have a love for animals. I will keep coming back
I was travelling and wanted to bring my fur baby with me! They were super friendly and Bronx got to play while I was at a wedding! She even got a bath! I highly recommend!

We've always been hesitant to board our nervous dogs. They love people and attention and we did not like the thought of them being in kennels for days on end. I'm happy to say that we have found the perfect place for our dogs. The employees seem to really love all of the animals, the grounds and play areas are amazing, and the facility is the cleanest boarding kennel I've ever seen. Thanks Pet Lodge employees! We really appreciate you all!
