The facility is gorgeous and staff is nice. But the price is outrageous. I just took them to hot paws down the road. Same trip length and it was over 300 dollars cheaper. And the same level of care. If you want a good facility with much much better rates go to hot paws.

Their dog boarding and daycare are wonderful. I wish I could say as much for their grooming. I had my dog "mini groomed" and everything looked as described except I would have liked her a little cleaner in the sanitary area. So I made an appointment 4 weeks later for a full groom AND met with the groomer at drop off, to explain that I did not want her to "cut her feathers or butt floof "and was just looking for the prior result with more off the underside. We, as well as our dog, love Pet Paradise! It's so nice and clean. We like that they limit outdoor play time in the summer. Their grooming services are very good. Great staff!

My dog is a senior with special needs and they did a great job taking care of him. Should I need to have someone watch my dog again while I'm out of town, then I won't hesitate to use their services once more.

It is truly a paradise!!! We moved to Fernandina Beach a little over a year ago. Our dog Boot is a young acting 10 year old. He has a wonderful home life here, but when we pull up to the Pet Paradise in Yulee, he goes nuts!!! He loves staying there. Dogs get along and the people who work there are so loving and pay a lot of attention to the doggies. There is a very nice shallow dog pool. Extremely wonderful place to board your dog. I've heard great things about their doggie day camp. The Rawsons-

Cancelled my grooming appointment and was unable to let me know because "my voicemail was full". Showed up with the puppy and was turned away. Absolutely horrible customer service as well.

I would not recommend this business for grooming. I made a grooming appointment for my dog , was told it would be a 2-3 hour appointment. I finally called them 5 hours later, he had not even been groomed.6 1/2 hours later I was able to get my dog . Was told they now only have one groomer. I was upset that my dog was in a cage for so long , I also had to plan around this appointment and no one called to let me know they were running behind. And the grooming job was 'meh.' Make sure they are very clear about what is included in their expensive fees. I brought my sheltie in for a full groom, when making the appt and speaking to the groomer about needing his undercoat removed (deshedded). Got him back and best groom he's had. Brought him for a second time, had the same conversation, expecting the same result and he was barely trimmed, his fur very thick. I brought him back in 2 1/2 wks (due to covid dx) with my concern about the results when I found out the deshedding is actually another $25... read more
