Make sure they are very clear about what is included in their expensive fees. I brought my sheltie in for a full groom, when making the appt and speaking to the groomer about needing his undercoat removed (deshedded). Got him back and best groom he's had. Brought him for a second time, had the same conversation, expecting the same result and he was barely trimmed, his fur very thick. I took my dog to p pet paradise they were so afraid of him they put him out and all they did was test and charge $400 did not treat the problem and sent him home so unhappy will never ever take him there again overcharged and under procedure

PROS: Most of the employees are very nice. Facility is clean. Our dog loves going. Cons: 1.Discount Vet plan is a waste of money. Even with the discount plan their fees are higher than a regular vet. 2. They change the rules on you at the last minute and then it's pay extra or don't come. I got a call that my dog couldn't return unless I got my dog fixed or paid an extra $20.00 a day. He was schedule to come the next day. I called to cancel a reservation. Due to COVID's. I'm typing this while I wait for them to answer- already 30 min. There is nothing they could be doing that prevents them from answering the phone in 30 min...,and still going !!!
