We love this place Travor, Macey and Jazzy are phenomenal. Any issues we have had they have addressed quickly. We love it here
I have a 2 year old female Rottweiler. It was great to be able to go to a place that didn't judge her right away just from her breed. Recommend for any fellow service members in the area looking for a place to leave your pets.

$$$ We boarded our dogs for 10-days and it cost about $1100 which included a bath and nail trimming. If you need a place for your babies, do it. Highly recommended

Came to the open house last night and was super impressed. We had a blast! So convenient and beautiful facility. Plus the staff was friendly and helpful. Cant wait to take my pup to this location!

if i could this a zero i would. First i have tried to call corporate at least 10 times and get someone in reservations, which is unacceptable. i have boarded my two dogs there for a couple of years if not more. last time i was told that i didn't need medicine for my dog to cut his nails, he is very freightened by this and takes medication, they said of the vet 's office can do that. Then go to drop them off today and i have no reservation, and i called a week and a half ago and made the reservation on the phone!! Then i... read more
I'm sure this place is great for dogs but not for cats. We went out of town for a week and decided to leave our 2 cats with them after speaking to a manager and being assured our cats would get attention and time out of their cages. While the cats are, thankfully, alive, I'm not sure how well they are. The live feed does not allow playback and I was unable to watch 24/7 but as time went on I ended up checking the camera more and more and was not impressed with what I witnessed. I had high hopes for using this place for the first time for my 20-lb. dog, but I will not be returning. After five days, my dog came home with six scabs and two rug burn-like marks. While my sister picked him up, no one said a word to her or contacted me to let me know he had been injured. I understand that my dog can annoy other dogs, but I was appalled by the sheer number of injuries and the fact that no one contacted me to let me know.

Took my dog in there for the day had haircuts wasn't satisfied with the haircut on my dog she didn't cut the feet I asked her not to cut the head and she did overall not a bad job but not a good job paid too much for what they did
