Took my dog in there for the day had haircuts wasn't satisfied with the haircut on my dog she didn't cut the feet I asked her not to cut the head and she did overall not a bad job but not a good job paid too much for what they did

This was our first time using the facility. We boarded two of our dogs for four days. After leaving we realized they gave us an empty bag, which should've contained four toys and two bottles of medicine. We turned around promptly and called ahead to let them know. When we arrived we were told that they don't recommend bringing toys from home for your pets. The reservation was made through customer service over the phone.
