I ordered 3 items. Only one came initially. Nowhere did you let me know that there would be separate boxes or later delivery of some items. I sent you a message but never heard back from anyone. Several days later, a second pkg was delivered. You need to improve your communications with your customers not sure if I’ll order from you again!
Have ordered before and is always efficient and easy. Staff even once discovered I ordered the wrong item based on our dog's size and called to ask if I wanted it corrected. All in all usually a good experience. However, one problem this time was I discovered my credit card was maintained in your records. I do not remember giving permission for that to occur. price was good but item was supposed to be shipped in controlled environment (cooler with ice) due to it needing to remain at lower temp. Item was in cooler but almost hot to touch, despite being there when it arrived. Completely melted and not cool at all. Hope product is still ok
Delivery was timely. Product was not at all what I wanted. Much too thin lead. Was expecting a thicker leash.
I made a mistake when ordering, called and was told to ship back to you and am waiting to hear back that you received package so we can make the right change.
Everything exceptional. I have been with Pet Supplies 4 Less since 2016. Next time my rating will drop considerably. Why? When my Veterinary Clinic, after I relay the information to them, they call and no live customer service representative answers the phone. A live body needs to interact with the clinic. They sell heartworm and flea tablets. They receive no benefit.
Had a snafu in delivery of products I ordered. The wrong address and telephone number were listed; had to deal with FedEx. Your prices are very competitive and better than Fosters & Smith and Chewy.com, which I have used. I don't think there will be a delivery problem on the next order.
Price was good. Calling Vet and making contact within 48hrs. Delivery was really slow took 3 weeks to get it meds for my dog.
Good service, but you need to answer and return phone calls.
