Took my money, no meds, no communication so far. A week after taking my order - and my money - I still have no meds, no tracking number, and when I call or email, I get no information. I am hoping this is just a first-time problem. But they need to communicate what is going on. They have my money - I want either my dog's meds or my refund.

I got exactly what I ordered within the promised timeframe. This is what I should be able to expect from any business. I gave 5 stars because I was emailed multiple times about giving a review, but really, there was nothing spectacular about this experience. It was just what should be expected when one gives somebody money for a product or service.
I mistakenly ordered the wrong medication for our Great Dane, ordering it for max of 88 lbs instead of 132 lbs. Pet Supplies 4 Less caught the error and called me to confirm I wanted the lesser dose, which I did not. They corrected the order and I received it a couple of days later. Now if the meds weren't so expensive I would be really happy. Went up since I ordered 6 months ago but Pet Supplies 4 Less is slightly less than other sources. Good experience, wish price was lower.

Prices are good, but the delay in the shipment is inexcusable. Vet sent authorization Friday and the shipment was done next Wednesday.
