I have been ordering from Pet Supplies 4 Less for about a year now and wouldnt have it any other way. The prices are very competitive and I've never had a problem with service.

The CET dog chews I ordered shipped immediately. However after receiving them, I noticed the packaging was different from what I ordered. Then I checked the ingredients and saw there were some changes from what I had been ordering previously. I called Pet Supplies 4 Less to learn the company had changed the packaging and also the ingredients in this product. The product is at a good price and well shipped so that I did not have to make any calls. They advise you when the package is shipped. Much better service than I got from Foster and Smith and they took more than 2 weeks only one state away from me and they were more expensive. I will continue to do business with you.
I am happy with the way they handled the problem that I encountered. They made good on it and in a rapid manner. Sometimes a store's response to their error is just as important as the original shipment.
