I thought that I left my dog in good hands with Petal Animal Clinic I was under the impression that they clearly understood that I am extremely picky about him from the very beginning after speaking with them several times I felt confident that he would be well taken care of here but today as I walk in the door to pick him up they quickly started talking about adjusting the price of his stay “bc my dog was to stressed to be groomed” and then quickly come out with him without any of his belongings on a leash hooked around his... read more
Update: will get refunded overcharged amount. moved to Petal a few months ago and I was seeking a new pet care facility. Brought my pet to this clinic on Monday for the first time and everyone seemed super friendly. Brought my pet to get his shots and get his eye looked at. He was seen fairly quickly and the vet came in to talk to me about treatments. Come to realize his checkup was $69 dollars. Cool. That’s fine. Beware of this place!! These people are so rude. I had a litter of puppies that I took in for shots and deworming. All puppies were perfectly healthy and 2 days later all of my puppies have upset stomachs and not eating. I take them back and all they want is money before checking them. This would not have happened if Dr. Moseley had been there. He is great vet and would continue using him if I did not have to deal with the other staff.
