The technicians are very nice and helpful. However, the two times I have taken my dog to get groomed there by their groomer, she has gotten double ear infections the next day. The first time when confronted about it, I was told that my dog wouldn't have gotten the infection overnight. But she never got another ear infection until I brought her back there to be groomed.
