Everyone was very helpful
I mentioned that our house was held in trust from the beginning, but when the loan was approved, the title company insisted we have a trust bank account. We opened one in a hurry, but it still delayed the funds reaching us. Wish we knew that earlier.

There was minor confusion about documents I needed to provide, specifically about the termite inspection, but it seems the document I sent of a negative termite problem was ultimately accepted.
