We received timely updates and a clear understanding of our status. We felt confident with Peters care, in regards to our loan.
Our loan reps were quick and efficient. My husband was in a bind where we needed to close as early as possible and Peter and Meredith were able to make it happen. Great job and VERY much appreciated! It was a great experience refinancing our home.

Honestly I chose 'great' because there were only 3 choices and the next one said something like 'just ok'. I felt like it should rate a little higher than that. I got through it and we closed so I'm happy. Some of the requirements changed during the process. Some of the requests were ridiculous. After faxing in an actual signature that document never got checked 'completed' so it showed up as a task needed on every email. The experience exceptional and was explained to us very carefully. If we didn't, understand some things, Peter would make sure we did
My experience was great because I was able to accomplish mostly everything from my home it really didn’t take along time everyone was very helpful and didn’t mind answering my questions or taking calls someone was always there.
They did a good job
We were asked to submit documents over and over, even though they had been sent. We probably sent one document at least 4 times.
