First Home Bank/LCD Mortgage made the entire process stress-free. All of our questions were answered right away and we always knew what was required and when, to move the process forward. Everything was done on time and as promised. We can’t say enough good things about Peter D’Angelo and his team. This type of purchase could be stressful and time consuming, but we NEVER experienced that when working with this group. They were attentive, helpful and always available. We highly recommend them.

Peter was Residential Sales Manager in the purchase of our house, and it was an excellent experience. As a first time home buyer Peter was great he responded to our emails in a timely manner and answered all our questions! and was available whenever we needed him. In todays market, the home buying experience is stressful and frustrating. There are so many things out of your control. However, working with Pete and his staff made the mortgage process easy for me. There were many questions we had ranging from pre-approval through closing on our home. I started this process with Peter D’Angelo and the experience was seamless! The app provided for submission of documents or for me to sign them was never problematic. In fact, the entire process was done on my cellphone and I’m over 70 yrs of age! Today was my closing and all of the paperwork was completed perfectly. The entire closing process took about 1.25 hours and there was no hold on the official transfer of ownership until the next day.
