I started this process with Peter D’Angelo and the experience was seamless! The app provided for submission of documents or for me to sign them was never problematic. In fact, the entire process was done on my cellphone and I’m over 70 yrs of age! Today was my closing and all of the paperwork was completed perfectly. I cannot say enough how grateful I am to Peter for making a long and stressful process so easy. The communication was top notch. I would have questions at times and would email Peter....even on Sundays. A couple times I received out of office replies. Within minutes, I would have an email from Peter. Always available. During crunch time, Peter gave the necessary nudges, and closing came on the exact date expected. Home buying in 2020 (during Covid) is quite the stressful experience.
