Last night/early this morning my husky attacked my ferret. I knew she was not going to make it but didn't want her to suffer so I called the PetER and although I was sobbing like a baby and could hardly get the words out of my mouth their receptionist stayed calm with me and let me take my time getting my question out. She explained that they don't treat ferrets but that if my baby was suffering they would put her down. Thank you for how nice and professional everyone was to us last night when we had to choose to put our cat Sophie down. You gave us so much time with her before and after and explained everything that would happen beforehand. Can't say enough good things about these folks. Been there several times over the last 10 years with sick pets and they are always so professional, kind, helpful and compassionate. Please don't ever change, you guys are the best!
