The sad, sad experience of having to put our beloved, terminally ill kitty Puss was eased by these great folks and this facility. The exam room we were in had a nice big window, where he laid as he gently passed, doing what he liked best...looking out. Everyone was great, so sensitive and caring and respectful. They sent us a little clay ornament with his paw print and name; and now I just received a card with a personal note from each staff member. Thank you for making our loss a little more bearable.

I waited until my current ripe old age of 38 to get my familys' first cat. Well, much to our shock & devastation, little Jaime Lannister ended up having a congenital defect and he was literally fine one hour, very NOT fine the next. I brought him to Pet ER where the vet diagnosed him with Saddle Thrombus - a horrible condition that they really do not survive for the most part.
