I have been working on and off with Peter for a few years in waiting for the right time to buy. We decided to do a new build with DR Horton, and had agreed to use their lender. They were going to charge us $25,000 in closing fees. Being under contract and at my wits end for $25,000 after already paying a substantial amount down, I called Peter.
