I can't really imagine ever writing a review for a mortgage lender - I mean, boring, right? Well, I have to say, Peter and his team at Guaranteed Rate were beyond amazing. Peter in particular is a man of his word, which is difficult to find in any industry these days. When you ask him a question, he will respond almost immediately, and if he needs time, he'll tell you so. Peter and his team were great. They made sure we closed our Fannie Mae HomeStyle Renovation loan on time (in just over 60 days)! But beyond that, Peter was available for questions and help all day, every day… which was invaluable as we navigated a fairly non-standard loan process (renovation loans are complicated, ya’ll). We would definitely work with Peter again in the future.

So it has been a little over 3 years since my original review (see below) of Peter and working with him. In a day and age where things are constantly changing, and people are usually disappointing, it was an immense breath of fresh air to see that things have not changed with Pete at all!!
