We can't say enough good things about Peter. This our 3rd time working with him to refinance our existing VA loan and the process was again very smooth. Outside of the refinancing process, he has always been very helpful going above and beyond and available to address ANY of our questions throughout the year about loan and mortgage options. We looked for a house for YEARS and Peter worked with us from the beginning. You have a quick question you want to ask on a random hour of a random day of the week? Peter will talk to you. Peter was referred to me by a friend. Throughout the entire process Peter was quick to respond and even helped with questions I had outside of the Loan piece such as inspection, next steps,etc. The locked in mortgage rate ended up being lower than the estimated rate during the pre-approval process which was great. I would highly recommend Peter if you're even in the market for a new home or to refinance.

This is the second time we worked with Peter. He helped us with a mortgage on a rental property several years ago. He was highly recommended by our daughter who he helped setup the mortgage for the house she recently bought. Peter came highly recommended and not hard to see why. Recently refinanced - felt well informed throughout and high touch customer service - including questions being answered nights and weekends. High level of confidence in Peter and his firm; everyone was easy to work and the mechanics in terms of paperwork were very user friendly.
