Peter helped me thru the refinancing needs a single man in the middle of a divorce faces, he was able to steer me in the right direction along with simplifying the process. Peter did all of the leg work and took the pain and frustration out of the refy. I will gladly recommend him after having nothing but great things to say about this man. We can't say enough good things about Peter. This our 3rd time working with him to refinance our existing VA loan and the process was again very smooth. Outside of the refinancing process, he has always been very helpful going above and beyond and available to address ANY of our questions throughout the year about loan and mortgage options. We looked for a house for YEARS and Peter worked with us from the beginning. You have a quick question you want to ask on a random hour of a random day of the week? Peter will talk to you. Peter was referred to me by a friend. Throughout the entire process Peter was quick to respond and even helped with questions I had outside of the Loan piece such as inspection, next steps,etc. The locked in mortgage rate ended up being lower than the estimated rate during the pre-approval process which was great. I would highly recommend Peter if you're even in the market for a new home or to refinance.

This is the second time we worked with Peter. He helped us with a mortgage on a rental property several years ago.
