They are always super responsive and take the time to explain all the work theyre doing. Always friendly, personable, communicative and willing to go the extra mile to fix the problem. When youre going through a bad time because something has broken, they are reassuring, understanding and make you feel like it will all be ok. And theyve always followed through on that promise for us.

Water pipes (in basement) were replaced four months ago. A couple of days ago a connection started dripping. A tech arrived promptly. She explained the problem and changed the connecting part. A few minutes after the tech departed the part started spewing water. The tech returned quickly and assessed the situation. This time she used a brass fitting and all is well. Maybe a brass fitting should have been used to begin with? Overall, I was very satisfied with how it turned out.

My husband and I are members of Peterman. We pay $12/month and they take good care of us. Today we had water heater problems. The technician, ***** *., they sent was prompt, friendly, knowledgable, thorough and easy to understand. He presented all our options and was very professional.

****** came the day after Christmas and spent roughly 4 hours diagnosing, installing and then removing our old water heater. He was beyond kind and helpful throughout the process. We were very pleased with his service and the overall quality of the experience. I would highly recommend ****** as well as the Peterman business overall. Excellent experience, thank you!

Called back and scheduled appointment right away. Showed up promptly and diagnosed and fixed the problem. Reviewed all plumbing and fixed another issue on same service call. Very reasonable maintenance plan also. Pleased with the PetermanBros

I very much recommend Peterman Brothers HCP&E. I had a hot water tank leak. DJ came to my house for an inspection. He was on time and was very respectful to me and my property. DJ accessed the issue, showed me what needed done, and thoroughly explained my options. I felt very informed and zero pressured. I believe DJ treated me like he would have treated his own sister. 10/10, would recommend.
