They were friendly, quick, efficient, and cleaned up after themselves! It was a great install crew. Weve already had one service call and they figured it out, fixed it, and at zero cost. We highly recommend

Peterman is always able to respond in a reasonable amount of time. Because of their size, we can get service when others are back-logged. Like any large service company, the quality of the work is largely dependent on the individual tech. Some are better than others. Regardless, the company seems eager to make things right. Prices may be a bit higher than smaller companies or individuals but not unreasonable or unexpected.
