Use this company for everything. Have a century old house and there are problems that come with that, and when something pops up these folks are insanely helpful and extremely professional. Always quick, quality service with stellar products and great technicians. Office staff is always friendly and helpful and technician are very courteous and professional when in person. Just had a check-up service appointment and ***** was respectful, friendly, and efficient.

Great at preventative maintenance up keep only $16/M. I always have had a good experience with techs come out they can make suggestions to upsell you but politely say no they leave it at that and dont try to keep pushing to upsell you. If you have an issue its great to get pulled at the top of the list to receive a diagnose but absolutely get several quotes bc preferred pricing your part of prevenantive maintenance club may not be the best value and you dont get put at the top of the list for them to actually perform the rep... read more

good experience. very polite and personable. Examined all of the plumbing in all baths, kitchen, laundry room and utility room. He took the time to spend with my wife and I to explain what he did and why. All in all a pleasurable experience.

I had two routine checkups, hvac and plumbing, which both went very well. The reps: ****** ****** and ****** were extremely friendly and knowledgeable. Peterman is a good company to use. No complaints.

I was very pleased with the service that I received from ***************************** as the Air Conditioning tech who preformed maintenance on my one year old system purchased from Peterman Brothers.****** was on time and went to great effort to make sure I under stood what he was doing and how to maintain my system for the highest efficiency. ****** also washed out the condenser filters and check all parts to make sure my unit was giving it best performance. He did an outstanding job.Thanks
