I returned to my second home in Maryland, June 9th, to find out there was no water. Further investigation revealed that the pipes had frozen for lack of fuel. In calling Petro, I was told that my account had been switched from auto delivery to annual. Considering that the prior 20 years I had between three and four deliveries a year, I would never have made such an irrational decision. Just signed up for deliveries with this company after my regular oil company abruptly went out of business. They explained all of their programs and helped me decide which one was best for me. Oil was delivered promptly and I received a first time customer discount which helped me tremendously.
