I had 150 gallons of heating oil delivered on March 9, 2021. I noticed this giant dead grass spot in my yard a couple weeks later where it looks like they dropped the hose and reeled it in. I contacted them about the spot and they told me to send in pictures which I did immediately and never heard back. It’s now November and I had to spend a few hundred dollars to fix the spot myself since grass never grew back. I had to dig a foot down before I could no longer smell the oil in the dirt. Just signed up for deliveries with this company after my regular oil company abruptly went out of business. They explained all of their programs and helped me decide which one was best for me. Oil was delivered promptly and I received a first time customer discount which helped me tremendously.
