This is an email I sent to Petro. No reseponse. "I can't get Petro on the phone, the wait time is always about 30 minutes and there is no direct number to bypass this, I will tell you now that $1,200 to replace an expansion tank is egregious if not illegal. I have posted this to linkedin, facebook and next door. My replies have included estimates from plumbers of about $400. An expansion tank is about $200 at Home Depot. Just signed up for deliveries with this company after my regular oil company abruptly went out of business. They explained all of their programs and helped me decide which one was best for me. Oil was delivered promptly and I received a first time customer discount which helped me tremendously.
