We had No Hot Water. Called Petro and a Service Technician came over right away to diagnose the problem. Unfortunately my water heater was leaking and needed to be replaced. I worked with Dennis Clemens who gave me a quote to replace the water heater. Dennis was very compassionate and understanding to the urgency of my needs as I have a disabled brother who lives at this property. During the unusual times of this Carnivorous Pandemic the thought of my brother without hot water for an extended period of time was concerning.... read more

The service was outstanding starting with Paul on the phone trying to work with me to try to fix the problem to Phil Obermeyer Tech # 259 who actually solved the problem. I had to be up early in the morning on Friday and there were no service openings late Thursday, but they moved availability around so that service could be provided to fit my needs. Service was beyond the call of duty !!!! I expect to be your customer for another 40 years.

The two technicians, Joe and Phil, were excellent. Both did super jobs trouble-shooting during the annual service of my furnace and boiler system. Thank you !!
