When Petro schedules the visit and then failed to show up was enough but they didn’t even call. I had to call to reschedule. The tech that did show up was wonderful. Yes the job was finally done correctly
The gentleman who came deduced The problem was an empty oil tank. We hadn’t had a delivery since the previous March due to a misunderstanding about delivery. The problem has been resolved.

October 2017 Petro was hired as our service provider and insisted we make upgrades to our oil line , which had no current leaks or defects, to secure a contract. In dong so, they caused significant damage to our home when their new oil line dumped gallons of oil that reached into the soil and sump pump.
