As far as service and being able to deliver propane 4 stars. Customer service and call center 1/2 star. I have a issue a major issue and every time i call i never get it resolved. The propane rep is bever there never available and incompetant because she dont know how to read her messages or emails i left 4 messages since december 3 2023 and i still havent recieved a call back. So the next time they over fill my tank and it blows up it isnt my fault
Would not recommend. I had my furnance inspected and serviced each year and they still failed to find an issue that ended up causing over 30k in remediation clean up from an outside company. When trying to cancel my service contract a month early they still are charging me the $399 because I cancelled my final automatic delivery in the process. Overpriced and not worth the trouble and there are better service providers out there
I'm not a fan of this Company and their nightmare automatic delivery. I agree with the previous review where they show up when they feel like it, an overcharge you. My Neighbor converted to Gas and said her bills are much lower than her previous oil bills. Also, I need a new Chimney and the Chimney Company Petro work with quoted me $3900. Of course it's because Petro needs to get their cut from the deal. I called another Company, and they quoted me $2700 to take down old to flashing an rebuild with new brick and cap.
Have been with Petro for over 4 years now, and am still pleasantly pleased with Petro. Fast, friendly, and thorough service calls (when needed) give me a peace of mind I never experienced with my former company. If you're not already using Petro, you're missing out of the real thing when it comes to your heating and AC needs.
