Gentleman coming to service the boiler was on time and finished the cleaning in a good timely manner. He was courteous and nice.
On October 20, 2021, Louis, the Petro Service Technician arrived promptly. He listened to my concerns attentively, examined the furnace and determined that the Boiler Relief Valve needed replacement. Louis performed the repair in an exemplary manner. He then tested the furnace to ensure no further leaks. Louis was personable, professional and informative.
It should less time answering phone calls. We customers ask for invoice it should be provided to them. They need to work on follow up calls etc lots of improvement needed at customer service relationships.
