I’m the past 20+ years of being a Petro customer I have never been disappointed with their service or support. Petro technicians are prompt, knowledgeable and can fix the problem the first time. The service contract I maintain with Petro provides peace of mind that if a performance issue should arrive Petro will make it right.
Customer service representative was extremely helpful and was able to get a technician to come to the house earlier than expected. The technician was prompt and courteous and quite knowledgeable and helpful.

Was very upset that 1 1/2 year old oil burner leaked water and left a flood on the basement floor. Our over 40 year old burner never did that. Your service person was very courteous and efficient. He fixed the leak and explained everything to me.
